Bicester Village

This is a must-do item when I visit UK 

Bicester Village, the outlet mall located in Oxfordshire. 

The weather is not good, wet and cold. Luckily I have brought a water proof wind breaker. 


There seems some changes since I have last visited in Easter last year.  New more shops. The deco is different too. 


Though not purchase too much, it is pretty tiring. In fact I really want to buy TOD's shoes but they are running out small sizes (by the way, my size is very common. Their fit is 37.5 while my fits in our brand lies between 38 to 38.5!)


Not too much bought items, some girls items in Cath Kidston, some cookery accessories in Le Creuset. 

Of course, I would like to buy the black satin cocotte. However it is too heavy to carry along for 2 weeks' journey! 


After a long walk in Bicester Villages, here comes to the lunch.  James Itaian has gone and leaving this favorite and decent cafe - Vallulah. 

It is full and long queue during lunch peak hour. 


Mixed, Salmon, crab meat platter. 


Typical fish and chips.  Seems the one I ate in Tasminia is the the best I have ever eaten.  No one can beat it!

Shopping on the way to Oxford

First day landed in UK. 

Since the shops mostly open around 10am on Sunday,  I go leisurely to Bicester, spend some time in the service area on the way to Oxford. 

It is a big resting area. 

Besides the food court, there is WH Smith. A discount tank with good cookery books. So cheap.  Buy one and get one free....Really a good bargain!

芒果芝士慕絲凍

天使想做個凍餅,但又怕厚厚的消化餅底。所以做過改良版芒果芝士凍。


材料:
忌廉芝士150g
Cream200g
牛奶80mg
糖30g
芒果蓉3隻
魚膠粉10g
冷開水45g

啫喱層
芒果啫喱粉1盒
熱水1碗
冷開水1碗
芒果肉適量

做法:
1,Cream Cheese 切粒、加入糖。


2.拌勻。


3.加入牛奶,用電動打蛋器拌勻。


4.加入芒果蓉抣好,然後放入冰箱。


5.魚膠粉放在碗內。


6.加入冷開水,用熱水坐融。


7.把忌廉放入容器內。


8.用電動打蛋器打好企身。


9,把冰箱的芒果芝士䊢取出,放入打好的忌廉。


10.輕輕拌勻。


11·將忌廉芒果芝士䊢放入容器內。放入冰箱待凝固。



12.待芝士忌廉層凝囼後,便準備水晶啫喱層。在量杯放入一包芒果啫喱粉。


13.先加一碗熱水拌融,再加一琬冰水。


14.在芝士層上放入芒果粒。


15.一排一排的放好。


16.然後加入啫喱液。


17.放入冰箱至完全凝固。


18·可以吃了!


20.內裏的芝士層。




電動燒烤爐

今天天使途經九龍塘的taste,兜了個圈,給我發現到一個迷你版的燒烤爐。


火力不是很大,但可以燒熟一隻𧐢。還需要有點耐心。





芒果士多啤梨忌廉班㦸

夏天吧,天使就想到要吃芒果。於是便想到了芒果士多啤梨鮮奶油班㦸。


材料:
芒果1個
士多啤梨10粒
雞蛋2隻
低筋麵粉80g
牛奶200 ml
砂糖30g
牛油15 ml

Cream餡料:
鮮忌廉250 ml
糖30g

做法:
1.把糖霜放在容器內。


2.加入忌廉。


3.用電動攪拌機打忌廉打好。

4.直至企身為止。

5.雞蛋加入糖霜搞至融化。


6.打麵粉篩好。


7.加入牛奶


8.拌勻直至無顆粒的麵糊。


9.加入蛋液和牛油拌勻,再篩一次。


10.粉䊢放在量杯裏。


12.芒果切細粒。


12.士多啤梨洗乾淨,設粒。


13.芒果粒士多啤梨伴勻。


14.平底鍋加入少許油。


15.倒入少許粉䊢,弄成薄薄一層。


16.待有氣泡凸起,反另一面。

17.反面,煑至班㦸成形。

18.少許金黃即可。


19.一口氣把班㦸皮煎好。


20·加入芒果士多啤梨粒。


22.加上忌廉。


23.包好。


24·一個一個的擺放好。


25.加一層保鮮紙,然後放入冰箱。

26.吃時,切開即可。
